How It Works
Albion Sampler is normally run from a network share from each
user's login profile. The software reads configuration information
from the share which determines when the survey is to take place, and what
questions the caller should be asked
The client software monitors the activity on the user's desktop.
When it detects that the user is taking a call or performing some other
defined activity, it pops up a simple dialog requesting the user to
ask the caller a question.
The response is then recorded to a file for easy analysis.
