No Risk Upgrade Policy

There's nothing worse than buying a software product only to discover that if you had waited a few days you could have bought a newer version at the same price.

We hate it when it happens to us, and we don't want it to happen to you.

We therefore have the following general upgrade policy:

1. Single point release upgrades (e.g. version 1.2 to version 1.3) and patch releases are always free. Unless we notify you otherwise, the same registration code will work in the upgraded version. Simply download and install the new version and continue using the product. (Make sure you always keep a record of your registration code).
2. If we announce a Major version upgrade (e.g. version 1.3 to 2.0) within 90 days of the date you purchased your product contact us within ninety days and we will either (a) email you a registration code for the new version, or (b) email you a discount coupon allowing a full credit for the amount you paid for the old version against a purchase of the new version.

For products which are licensed or rented for a limited period, such as Albion Sampler, free upgrades and maintenance are provided for the duration of the rental period.
